02 · What moves the price

Five things
move the price.

Not the size of your company, not the logo on the slide. Pick what fits your void and watch the effort move.

SMLXL

A sprint. Usually one format, a few weeks.

Illustrative. It shows what moves effort, not a price. The price is in the proposal.

03 · Included

Always in
the price.

Whatever the format, these four come with it. They are what makes a system survive the handover.

  1. 01A written proposal

Scope, price, dates and what we need from you, on one page.

  2. 02An eval set

Built from your cases. It stays with you when we leave.

  3. 03Weekly demos

On real data. You see progress, not status slides.

  4. 04Handover

Runbook, monitoring, and a team trained to own it.

05 · Questions

About
money.

Why are there no numbers yet?

Because they are not decided, and a made-up number on a pricing page is worse than none. Every open value is marked. Until then, the proposal after the first call carries the price.

Is the price in the proposal fixed?

The price is for the scope written next to it. If the scope changes, a new price is agreed before the work starts. draft

Can we start with something small?

Yes. A half-day workshop or a one- to two-week sprint are the smallest formats. Most engagements start there.

Do you offer public funding support?
