Do you have an office in Vienna or Zurich?

No. One office, in Norderstedt near Hamburg. We travel for workshops, audits and steering meetings; the rest is remote. That is the model, not a gap in it.

Can we work in German?

Yes. Workshops, contracts, invoices and documentation in German or English, whichever your auditors and management prefer.

Can our data stay in-house, or in Switzerland?

Yes, by architecture: tenant-internal or on-premise setups, access logging, and processing restricted to the locations agreed in the contract.

Who do we sign with?

Voidgap UG (haftungsbeschränkt), registered in Kiel, HRB 29104 KI. NDA and data processing agreement before we touch client data.

Does the EU AI Act apply to a Swiss company?

When the system is placed on the EU market or its output is used in the EU. Residency alone doesn’t decide it. Most Swiss clients need both answers: what Swiss law requires today, and what the EU expects tomorrow.

Do you work outside DACH?

Yes, in English, elsewhere in the EU. Same model: remote-first, on site when it counts.
