Do you work with companies across all of Germany?
Yes. Our registered office is in Norderstedt near Hamburg and we work with clients throughout Germany. Most of the work is remote; workshops, audits and management briefings usually happen on site.
Does the EU AI Act already apply to my German company?
Parts of it do. Prohibited practices and AI-literacy obligations are already in force; obligations for high-risk systems and general-purpose models phase in over the following years. The first step is knowing whether you are a provider or a deployer for each system.
Can you invoice a German entity with VAT?
Yes. Voidgap UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is registered at the Kiel commercial register (HRB 29104 KI) with VAT ID DE460469375 and invoices in EUR.
Do you sign an AVV / data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement (AVV) and an NDA before any project that touches your data, and we can work inside your own tenancy where that is the cleaner setup.
