How it starts
From first message to production
Onboarding · 7 steps
Four steps before
you sign anything.
Then three more until it runs in production. Each one ends with something you can hold.
Your email plus one sentence or a voice note. That is the whole form.
you · 2 minutesWith the rude questions: who owns it, what it costs today, why it is still a pilot.
us · reply time · to decideNo deck, no retainer. You leave with your void mapped on one page.
both · 60 minutesOne page: scope, price, dates, and what we need from you. Or a clear no.
us · within … days · to decideAccess, data, an owner on your side, one number that moves, a first eval set.
both · half a dayWeekly demos on real data. Status, evals and decisions in one shared space.
us · 2 to 8 weeksRunbook, monitoring, an owner on call, and a team that can debug it without us.
both · 1 week01 · The first 60 minutes
One hour.
One page.
No slides, no credentials round. We spend the hour on your void and end it with a map you keep, whether you hire us or not.
- 0–10Your void, in your words
You talk, we listen. What hurts, who feels it, since when.
- 10–35The rude questions
Who owns it. What it costs today. What data exists. What was tried. Why it stopped.
- 35–50The map
We sketch the void, two or three ways across, and the first move.
- 50–60Yes, no, or not yet
If we are the wrong people, we say so, and who might be right.
Proposed agenda. It bends to your void, not the other way round.
- 01The void
One sentence. What does not work yet, and for whom.
- 02The number
What moves when it works: hours, errors, days, euros.
- 03The owner
One person on your side who can say yes.
- 04The data
What exists, where it lives, who can open it.
- 05The flags
AI Act, GDPR, works council, security. Named early.
- 06The first move
Workshop, consulting or implementation. With a reason.
02 · The steps
Who does
what, when.
Every step has an owner and an output. If a step has no output, it is a meeting, and we skip it.
03 · Onboarding
The kick-off kit.
Eight things decide whether week one is productive or spent waiting for access. Tick what you already have.
Ready for kick-off
0/8
Normal. Most teams start here, and we sort the rest together.
04 · Where step 03 leads
Three ways
to hire us.
The proposal names one of them. Prices are on the pricing page, as far as they are decided.
Half or full day. Ends with decisions, owners and next steps.
When you need to decide
Retainer, fix-it sprints, embedded help. For systems that are live and hurting.
When a live system hurts
Two- to eight-week builds. From validated idea to real users.
When you are ready to build
05 · Questions
Before
you write.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. to confirm We would rather spend 60 minutes finding out whether we are the right people than send you a deck.
Will you sign our NDA first?
Send it with your first message. Our own mutual NDA is on the Trust Center as a draft. How fast we sign is to decide.
Do we need clean data first?
No. In step 02 we look at what exists. Cleaning data nobody uses is how pilots die in month fourteen.
What if you are the wrong people for this?
Then we say so in the call, and tell you who we would call instead.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most start with a Workshop or a two-week audit. The proposal says what the small start is, and what it costs.
Who will we work with?
With the people who build it. The person in your first call is on the project, not a sales layer.
Step 00
Send
the sentence.
The brief takes three minutes and starts from anything you added to your void on this site.
