Apply with a video and your LinkedIn
Norderstedt · DACH
Two minutes.
No cover letter.
We hire people who ship. Show us something you built, or something that broke, in a short video. Add your LinkedIn. That is the whole application.
01 · Roles
Three roles.
One gap.
One per move we hire for most. These are examples until the real openings are set; the open application is always open.
buildAI EngineerShip agents and retrieval systems into production, inside our clients’ systems.sample
What you will do
- Build agents, RAG systems and integrations that real users rely on on Monday morning.
- Write the eval set before the first prompt, and keep it green in CI.
- Sit in the first call with the client. No sales layer in between.
- Hand over with a runbook and leave a team that can debug it without you.
What you bring
- You shipped something with LLMs that people use, not just a demo.
- Python or TypeScript in production, and opinions about both.
- You test before you trust.
- German or English well enough to explain a trade-off to a works council.

secureAI Security EngineerFind what breaks in agents and AI-written code before anyone else does.sample
What you will do
- Red-team agents: prompt injection, tool misuse, data leaks.
- Review permissions, scopes and audit trails of AI systems in production.
- Audit vibe-coded apps before a funding round or an acquisition.
- Turn every finding into a test that runs on every release.
What you bring
- Security work you can talk about, even if you cannot name the client.
- You read code faster than documentation.
- You know how LLM applications fail, from practice.
- You write findings a CTO acts on the same day.

complyAI Governance ConsultantTurn the AI Act and ISO 42001 into requirements engineers can build to.sample
What you will do
- Classify AI systems under the AI Act and document why.
- Run ISO 42001 gap analyses that end in a plan, not a PDF.
- Sit between legal, IT and the works council, and get to a decision.
- Build the evidence once, so it serves the auditor and the engineers.
What you bring
- Experience with regulation in practice: GDPR, AI Act, ISO management systems.
- You understand enough code to ask the right question.
- You write in plain words, in German and English.
- You think a spec beats a slide.

02 · Apply
Press record.
Three prompts, two minutes, one take is fine. Then your LinkedIn, your email, and a tick.
03 · How we hire
Four steps.
No layers.
Small team, so the people who watch your video are the people you would work with.
- 01Two minutes and a link
Video, LinkedIn, done. No cover letter, no CV upload, no personality test.

- you · 10 minutes
- 02We watch every one
The people you would work with watch it. You hear back either way.

- 0360 minutes with the team
No HR screening round. A conversation about things you built, with the people who build here.
- Time
- both · 60 minutes
- 04A real problem, together
Half a day on a problem like the ones we solve, together, not alone at home. Then a decision.

04 · How we work
Six rules
we don’t break.
If these sound like your own, the video will be easy.
- 01Production or it didn’t happen.
A pilot is a question, not a result.
- 02Evals before opinions.
If we cannot measure better, we cannot claim better.
- 03Guardrails are part of the product.
They ship with the first version, not after the first incident.
- 04One task, one metric, one owner.
Big programmes start as one working thing.
- 05The AI Act is a spec, not an obstacle.
We read regulation like requirements.
- 06We make ourselves redundant. On schedule.
Leaving well is part of the job.
05 · Questions
Before
you record.
Why a video instead of a CV?
Because two minutes about something you built tell us more than two pages about where you were. Your LinkedIn covers the rest.
Does it have to look professional?
No. Phone camera, one take, any room. We listen to what you say, not to lighting or accent.
Does an AI screen the videos?
No. People watch every video. AI that selects or ranks applicants counts as high-risk under the AI Act, and we would rather watch. draft
I do not want to be on camera.
Then write five sentences instead. Same process, same chances.
What about salary?
Every role shows its range. The EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970) asks for pay information before the interview; we would rather put it on the page. The ranges themselves: to decide
Where is my video stored?
On voidgap.com: tool and EU hosting · to decide. In this prototype it never leaves your browser.
Your turn
Two
minutes.
Something you built, something that broke, something you want to build. That is enough.
