Article 4 covers staff and other persons who operate or use AI systems on the provider's or deployer's behalf, which in practice means most people who touch an AI tool at work.
Can this be delivered as e-learning instead of live sessions?
We run it live because it lands better and gets questions answered, but we can adapt the format for large or distributed organisations on request.
Does this replace role-specific AI training?
No, this is the mandatory baseline everyone needs. Developers, for example, still benefit from the deeper coding or security workshops on top of it.
