Build · Agentic Automation

Turn an inquiry into a draft quote before your team even sits down

An agent reads the inquiry, applies your pricing logic, fills your templates and hands the sales team a draft ready for approval. Nobody waits two days for a number that follows a known formula.

    Sound familiar?

    • Reps rebuild the same quote structure from scratch for every inquiry.
    • Pricing logic lives in someone's head or a spreadsheet nobody else understands.
    • Turnaround time depends on who happens to be free that day.
    • Approval happens after the quote is already sent, not before.

    What we do

    Pricing logic

Your discount rules, tiers and margin floors encoded so the agent applies them consistently, every time.

    Template mapping

Your existing quote templates, populated automatically from the inquiry and your pricing data.

    Approval gate

Nothing goes to a customer without a human sign-off — the agent drafts, a person approves.

    CRM integration

Draft quotes land where your sales team already works, not in a separate tool they have to check.

    Questions we get

What access does the agent need to our pricing data?

Read access to pricing tables, discount rules and product catalogs. It never writes back without approval, and it never sees data outside the pricing scope you define.

What's the error rate on drafted quotes?

Pricing logic errors trend toward zero once the rules are correctly encoded, because the agent applies them literally. The remaining risk is edge cases outside the defined rules — those get flagged, not guessed at.

Who is liable if a wrong quote goes out?

The approval gate means a human signs every quote before it reaches a customer. Liability sits with whoever approves, same as today — we just make sure they're approving a correct draft.

How long until this is running?

Four to six weeks for the first product line, longer if your pricing logic itself needs untangling first.
