To keep the PNGs: right-click the logo or banner in the preview → Save image as.

Embedded — logo and banner travel inside the signature. Paste works in Apple Mail and Outlook. Apollo and Gmail refuse it (too big) — use Hosted there.

Install it — 2 minutes.

Copy signature first, then

Apple Mail Embedded

  1. Mail → Settings → Signatures, pick the account, press +.
  2. Untick Always match my default message font.
  3. Click into the right pane, delete the placeholder, paste with ⌘V.

Outlook Embedded

  1. Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (new Outlook & web) or File → Options → Mail → Signatures (classic).
  2. New signature, name it Voidgap, paste with Ctrl V.
  3. Set it as default for new messages and replies.

Apollo Hosted

  1. Save logo and banner PNG, upload both to a public folder, e.g. voidgap.com/email/.
  2. Set Images to Hosted, enter that folder, check the counter says it fits, then Copy HTML.
  3. In Apollo’s signature editor open the code view <>, replace everything with the HTML, save.

Gmail Hosted

  1. Upload the logo and banner PNG to your image folder, e.g. voidgap.com/email/.
  2. Switch Images to Hosted, then Copy signature.
  3. Settings → See all settings → Signature, paste, Save changes at the bottom.

German law (§ 35a GmbHG, which covers a UG) asks for these details on business mail. They come from the imprint on voidgap.com — change them there first, then here.
